The company expects its customers to:-

- Protect the water and sanitation infrastructure to guarantee sustainability of services
- Conserve water and minimize wastage in order to enhance sustainability of our water resources
- Timely payment for services delivered
The customers are expected to lodge complaints with the company at the customer relations desk. All complaints are attended to and recorded for reporting to the services board. The company promptly and accurately responds to request for information and complaints from customer.
